For the Love of a Vacuum

Of all the seven deadly sins, the one I am best at is coveting. I covet this vacuum. It is actually my brothers, but each week I think up a new reason why I would have to break into his home when no one is there to steal the lovely beast. If you have not seen the Dyson in use, you may be thinking, 'This chick is off her rocker! Why would she have vivid fantasies about stealing a stinking vacuum, why not just go get her own.' One reason is the hefty $500 price tag it totes. And I was skeptical as well, I mean really, could a machine that simply picks up dirt be worth it? I could buy many a pair of shoes or at least three outfits from Gymboree for Addi with that kind of cash (yes, that was my stab at the evil Gymboree that also makes me sin) Well let me just say that once you run this invention over your carpet, you will no longer wonder if it is worth it. It makes you feel like a whole new person, in a whole new house, where your babies can lick the carpet, (she is darling...but quirky.) So each night I try to come up with a new scheme to convince Ron that this is the only thing in the world we need. I have tried everything (everything...wink, wink!) And I do believe that I have alas made him realize that for the Dyson I am relentless. Christmas is right around the corner.

We have the Dyson Animal,LOVE IT! It picks up all the dog hair and has this great attachment for the sofa & stairs. Here is a tip to get the cost down. When one of those 20% off coupons comes in the mail for Bed, Bath & Beyond go buy the Dyson with it. (You have to read the fine print, sometimes they exclude Dyson, sometimes they don't.) That was how I got mine.

I want that vaccum too! My friend has one and her husband and her fight over who gets to vaccum! lol. They vaccum every other day! I have to threaten Brian with dirty diaper duty to get him to vaccum once a week!

Look at you and your cute new blog. I'm jealous. Will you teach me? Anyway, please come to Salt Lake! Tell your mom that the girls will LOVE the witches (although I think Gwen will be more afraid of them than anything). What is Addi going to be? When can you come?

If you are in love with the Dyson, have you ever seen the "Electrolux" Oh my,.... my dad had to have this and bought it from the salesman. It's the most amazing/effecient vacuum cleaner I have ever seen. We've all been trying to put our name on this hot item for dibs. This game has already started even though they have a good 15-20 years left, but just thought I'd give you something new to covet, lady.

Get it. You will never ever be sad that you did. And, be happy that you have so many reasons for wanting the Dyson. I got mine why? Oh, because it is bright red/pink. I mean, it is an amazing machine but my honest reason for getting the one I did is the color. :)
